Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel the recurring PayPal payment that was created when you initially set up your subscription. Please note that we do not manage your PayPal payments as your financial relationship is directly with PayPal, who then pay us.

Unlike with standard credit card recurring subscriptions, where only the merchant or vendor can cancel and the credit card company cannot effect a cancellation on the subscriber’s behalf, PayPal puts YOU in charge.

As a PayPal subscriber, you authorise payment from your PayPal account to us, and YOU can cancel at any time, without getting authorisation or approval from us. PayPal automatically sends us a cancellation notice, so there is no need to let us know.

With PayPal, YOU are in charge.

To cancel, please follow the steps below:

  • Sign onto your PayPal account
  • Click on "Settings" (the cog) at the top right of your browser screen
  • Click on "Payments" from the sub navigations
  • In the centre of the screen is a box named "Manage your pre-approved payments" click on this
  • On the next screen you will see your current and past subscriptions.
  • Under the "Show Active" tab, Click on UK PRODUCTION NEWS
  • At the top of the next window you will see STATUS, click on CANCEL
